1-2 day Seminars(± 2 days) [Subject to the entry below]	12 hours before the commencement of the Seminar – 100% Within 24 hours of the first “class” – 50% Any time after the above – 0%
4-8 day Courses(± 3 days)	12 hours before the commencement of the Course – 100% Within 48 hours of the first “class” – 50% Any time after the above – 0%
Longer Courses	12 hours before the commencement of the Course – 100% Within 48 hours of the first “class” – 75% Any time after the above – 0%
